These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software products and services, including both subscription-based and perpetual license offerings (collectively referred to as the “Services”). 1. Definitions

  • “Meesoft” or “we”: Refers to MEE AS, the provider of the Services.
  • “User” or “you”: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing or using the Services.
  • “Services”: Refers to our software products, including those provided on a subscription basis and those provided under a perpetual license.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. License

Upon purchase, Meesoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and Services you have subscribed to or purchased. The license type depends on your purchase:

  • Subscription-based license: Grants you access to the software and Services for the duration of the subscription period.
  • Perpetual license: Grants you a permanent right to use the software for an indefinite period unless terminated under these Terms.

You agree not to distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the software unless explicitly authorized in writing by Meesoft.

4. Account Registration

To access our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Subscription Services: Fees for subscription services are billed periodically (e.g., monthly, annually) and must be paid in advance. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Perpetual License: One-time payment is required for perpetual licenses. Once the payment is made, you receive access to the software indefinitely.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and by agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Perpetual Licenses: Once purchased, perpetual licenses are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Software Updates and Support

We may periodically release updates to our software, which may include new features, bug fixes, or security patches. Access to updates may depend on the type of license (e.g., subscription users may receive updates automatically, while perpetual license holders may need to purchase major upgrades).

Technical support is available for active subscription users and perpetual license holders, as detailed in your specific license agreement.

8. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree:

  • Not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Not to interfere with the functioning of the software or Services.
  • Not to use the Services for any unlawful or harmful activities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Meesoft or its licensors. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. Meesoft makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meesoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law
